Samsung’s One UI 7 update has already been heavily delayed, but it seems that one final delay is no longer happening, as Samsung has restored a release date for Galaxy owners eagerly awaiting the update.
Last week, Samsung announced that One UI 7 would start rolling out on April 7, nearly six months behind schedule compared to the release of Android 15. The company then went on to offer more detail regarding the schedule, confirming dates in certain regions around the globe that were a bit later than that April 7 date, which seems to only apply to Samsung’s home country of South Korea.
The US was one of those delayed regions, with Samsung saying that the One UI 7 rollout would begin on April 10. Days later, though, that release date was removed from Samsung’s post, seemingly hinting at yet another One UI 7 delay.
Now, it’s back.

} );
As spotted by SamMobile, Samsung’s US newsroom release regarding One UI 7 has once again been updated wth an April 10 release date for the Galaxy S24 series, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6. The language hasn’t changed from the original point of publishing, so it’s unclear why this date was removed at all.
The update will be available in the U.S. starting with the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Z Flip6 on April 10, gradually rolling out to more Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
In any case, the wait is finally almost over.
